Questions, bugs or ideas: email support@sideseen.app. Please include your phone model, the OS version and the app version (Settings → About). Never send your access key or the address of your source; describe the problem instead.

Common problems

• Setting up with an AI agent. In the app, choose a prompt and tap Copy instructions, then send them to your agent. Agents can also read sideseen.app/llms.txt and the fullsetup guide.
• “Access key not accepted” or “Access key stopped working”. The source refused the key. Ask your agent for a new key and use Replace key in the source's details.
• “Couldn't reach the source”. Sideseen needs an https address with a valid certificate that answers within a few seconds. Local-network addresses and self-signed certificates are not supported.
• A widget updates less often than expected. The refresh interval is a preference. iOS and Android decide when widgets refresh, and may do it less often to save battery.
• Values are hidden on the Lock Screen. Check Settings → Values on Lock Screen widgets.

Removing your data

Everything Sideseen stores lives on your device. Deleting a source removes its values and its key; deleting the app removes everything. See the privacy policy.
